Badminton Super Series comes to Korea

From January 23rd – 28th the 2007 Yonex Korea Open will be held at the Olympic 2nd Gym in Seoul. President Kang will be attending a Welcoming Dinner at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 23rd.

This event is part of the new Super Series which BWF initiated this year. The first of the series is being held in Malaysia from January 16th – 21st. These events offer the largest total prize money in the history of Badminton, with each Super Series awarding no less than US$200,000. Top winners of the 12 Super Series held throughout the year will gather in December for the Super Series Final.
