Daekyo Culture Foundation to Hold 2007 National Sculptural Art Exhibit for College/Graduate Students

The Daekyo Culture Foundation will hold the National Sculptural Art Exhibit for college/graduate school students. The annual national exhibit for students from colleges and graduate schools nationwide was launched to find new sculptors with creativity and originality as well as to contribute to the development of culture and art.
For the upcoming 8th national sculptural exhibit, sculptors are invited for the second time to join a competition on making sculptures for outdoor exhibit. The four works of world-renowned sculptor Won-Hyung Lee as guest artist are expected to be the biggest crowd drawer. The 26 finalists will be exhibited at the square of the Seongnam Arts Center from October 21 to November 10. The awarding ceremony will also be held at the center on October 26.
